Not only do all of our cleaners undergo the standard criminal history and background checks you would expect, but we are very particular about only engaging individuals with strong English-language proficiency and cleaning experience which is both independently verifiable via referees and demonstrated through trial shifts. Even after applying our strict recruitment standards, we still have all cleaners undertake our own in-house training to ensure they are employing best practices and conforming to Clean works standards in all of the work they undertake.
While Shorooq Deep Cleaning may not be the easiest place to get a cleaning job, it is one of the most rewarding. Unlike many cleaning companies, our regular site and individual performance reviews aren’t just to identify and correct behaviors lapses – we use to keep tabs on our top performing cleaners so that we can reward them.
